To all customers and guests,
The Rivenhall Hotel would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during this corona virus situation.
We are now pleased to inform you that the Hotel will open as from 3rd August 2020.
We have taken and will continue to take all the necessary precautionary measures to provide all our customers and staff a clean and safe environment and with comprehensive social distance measures.
We have fitted glass (Perspex) screens at Reception, rearranged our offices and seating areas to allow for social distancing. We have sanitising stations at key points with hand sanitiser and antibacterial wipes for our guests/visitors and staff.
The necessary PPE including gloves, face masks, disposable aprons are provided for all staff to use.
We have reviewed and increased the frequency of our cleaning and sanitising in all areas.
A Covid 19 Health and Safety Risk Assessment has been undertaken and all staff are required to follow strict instructions and procedures. Customers and visitors will also be required to follow strict safety procedures.
We will continue to provide our customers/staff with a safe and healthy environment.
To that end, we look forward to welcoming you back to The Rivenhall Hotel.

Its strategic location means that the hotel is only a 20 minute drive to the M25 and 25 minutes from Stansted Airport. There are also fast and frequent rail services to London’s Liverpool Street Station and the hotel has easy links to the Channel Ports and Haven Ports.
